Status

UNDER IMPLEMENTATION

Objectives and results

The objective of the action is knowledge transfer to Albanian public institutions in the field of water resource management (disaster risk analysis and physical risk management) based on European Union approaches.

As a result, the capacities of the Albanian ministries and municipalities to deal with the water risk management will be increased.

Implemented activities

1. Water Safety & Resource Management Workshop (EU legislation, exploration, sustainable exploitation and protection);
   
2. Field trip to selected water infrastructure sites (e.g. Water Supply Infrastructure, Catchment).
