Project description

Status review document is one of the steps towards Smart City Strategy in the City of Sarajevo. Our approach is to conduct Status Review document with expert support from successful city- Vienna. This action will create great synergy with City’s and Cantonal efforts to develop Smart City Strategy for Sarajevo. In the project we are planing six workshops held with relevant stakeholder groups for the status review of current situation regarding smart city process in Sarajevo.

Objectives and results

Objectives of the Action is to analyse current situation in the City of Sarajevo and to produce a document (Status Review Document) which will be used as the starting point for the Smart City Strategy in the City of Sarajevo.

Implemented activities

1. Six workshops with experts from Vienna city regarding "Smart City Vienna 2011-2019" with the participants from Canton, municipalities, private and public companies
2. Group discussion on "must-have", Supply Side Analytics, discussion regarding political landscape,strategy and governance, brainstorming on vision for Smart Sarajevo
3. Status Review Document produced
