Director Refik Begic from Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Thomas Prorok, Deputy Managing Director of KDZ Center for Public Administration Research signed the Memorandum of Understanding for further cooperation in implementing Public Administration Reform and #CAF in municipalities, cantons and federal ministries within the BACID programme.
