BACID signed the Partnership-Agreement with ReSPA and started with the establishment of the Regional Quality Center for Public Sector in Western Balkans with the experts Goran Pastrovic and Slaven Bukarica. During the Conference „Public Administration Improvements through regional cooperation“ the cooperation and the approach to Quality Management and Public Administration Reform have been presented.
