CAF Workshop with the Ministry for Public Administration and Local Self-government in Serbia

As part of sustainable mentoring component of the BACID programme, KDZ supported the Serbian Ministry for Public Administration and Local Self-Government in preparatory activities for introduction of CAF ("Common Assessment Framework") system, as a quality management tool for public sector, in the public institutions in Serbia. The workshop was held in Belgrade, on 2nd October 2015.
