CAF Training in the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegowina, on 13th-14th of September 2018 in Sarajevo
The Civil Service Agency (CSA) of FBiH carries out strategic and operational tasks in the field of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegowina.
Within the BACID II programme KDZ in cooperation with CSA carried out a 2 day CAF training in Sarajevo focusing on informing and introducing interested organisations in FBiH to the system of CAF.
Over 20 participants of federal, cantonal and local authorities could be reached and 4 draft CAF implementation plans have been elaborated.
