About the organisation

The Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Srpska (CSA RS – ADU RS) was established in 2002 by the Law on Administrative Service in the Administration of the Republic of Srpska, as an independent and autonomous expert body responsible for its work to the Government of the Republic of Srpska. It has 17 employees (December 2022) and performs administrative and other professional tasks related to: establishment and implementation of uniform rules and procedures for employment, appointment, evaluation and promotion of civil servants, training of employees in the state administration, as well as the application of the stated strategy and programs independently or in cooperation with other bodies and organization, and so on.

Implemented activities

On 14th-15th September 2023, a tailor-made CAF Follow-up Workshop was held in Banja-Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina). The workshop aimed to support the Civil Service Agency of the Republic of Srpska in reviewing and refining the CAF Actions outlined in the ongoing CAF Action Plan, with the aim of updating it and preparing for the Professional External Feedback (PEF) procedure.
