CAF 2020 – Towards Excellence in Public Administrations with the Common Assessment Framework Training

The Common Assessment Framework (CAF) provides guidance for Public Administrations on how to leverage change, commitment of leadership and people, nurturing a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
On 11th and 12th October, KDZ and ReSPA delivered a tailor-made CAF training for public officials in Tirana, working on a key theme: how to bring change and innovation to public administrations. At the training, twenty-five civil servants delved into the world of CAF, learning more about what quality in public administration is and what the 'Culture of Excellence' is, discovering how it can really make a difference in institutional performance and how it leads to better services for citizens.
