BACID Mentoring on CAF with the Civil Service Agency from Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Within the BACID programme, KDZ will provide the mentoring support to the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in introducing the CAF - Common Assessment Framework in the public administration, as the European quality management tool (more information available on the KDZ managed Austrian CAF Center website). The introductory workshop takes place on 12-14th of October 2016, in Sarajevo.
