The Austrian EU Presidency organized on October 12th a CAF-expert meeting in Vienna. BACID together with GIZ succeeded to invite a delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina covering the state level and both entities. Representatives of Ministries of Public Administration from several European countries exchanged onntheir experiences of Public Administration Reform and Quality Management.
