Objectives and results

The objective of the Workshop was to increase the knowledge and understanding of CAF (Common Assessment Framework) as a quality management tool for the public sector in the Serbian Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MPALSG), in order to empower them to initiate the CAF implementation in the country.
The introduction of the quality management tools is foreseen by the Ministry in the framework of the Public Administration Reform Strategy.

As a result, 22 staff of the Ministry, including senior management, raised awareness about the importance of quality management in public sector and CAF-implementation.

1. Preparatory meeting held on July 1, 2015
2. Workshop implemented on October 2, 2015
3. CAF-implementation Roadmap drafted
