Objectives and results
The objective of the action is to improve policy in FBH related to HRM functions: professional development and performance appraisal.
As a result, the HR professionals in national and local government institutions in FBH will increase capacities for implementation of HRM functions.
Implemented activities
- Organisation of one-day training for a group of 25 professionals;
- Elaboration of proposal on introducing obligation of local government units in implementing HR functions related to connection of trainings and performance appraisal.
