CAF Effective User label for the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

We are very proud to have recently handed over the first Effective CAF User label in the Western Balkans to the Civil Service Agency of the Federation of Bosnia Hercegovina together with our partners from the Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA).

It is another milestone to empower the Regional Quality Management Centre (RQMC) of ReSPA for CAF and the CAF certification process.
