Can CAF contribute to improve the Justice System in Bosnia Herzegovina?
The competences for prosecution, courts, judges, prisons and its staff are highly distributed between entities and the federal state level. The Justice system is one of the biggest challenges for EU-accession but also for the daily life of the citizens and economic prosperity. How can the Ministry of Justice perform more effective and with high quality in this unclear environment? BACID contributes with the Common Assessment Framework to the improvement of the Ministry of Justice. First step: Self-Assessment.
