The project Building Administrative Capacities of the Western Balkans and the Republic of Moldova – BACID III is supported by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) with funds from the Austrian Development Cooperation.
Regional School for Public Administration of the Western Balkans
- The future existence of the Regional Quality Management Centre of ReSPA is assured and excellent CAF services are provided.
Network of Associations of Local Authorities of South-East Europe
- The institutional sustainability of NALAS is ensured through high competence in decentralisation and the provision of excellent services.
The partner countries are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and the Republic of Moldova.
